PHASE 1
Front-End Engineering Design [FEED]
Learn more about our comprehensive design, analysis, and procurement planning services that establish a strong
foundation for project execution.
- Conduct GAP analysis between client and company specifications, addressing and closing all deviations.
- Develop Electrical, Instrument, and Telecom design basis documents.Establish installation standards and hookup details for Electrical, Instrument, and Telecom systems.
- Prepare requisitions and perform technical bid evaluations for long-lead Electrical, Instrument, and Telecom items.
- Review Marine and Topside Mechanical packages for instrument and electrical needs, contributing to RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase orders.
- Create preliminary layouts for the Central Control Room, Central Equipment Room, E-House, and Telecom Room.
- Develop key deliverables, including single-line diagrams, load lists, ICSS architecture, shutdown schematics, and telecom topology.
- Draft engineering subcontract specifications and provide inputs for topside module fabrication specifications.
- Prepare technical evaluation reports for topside and marine detail engineering contractors.

PHASE 4
Commissioning Support

- Conduct loop checks for ICSS systems, including calibration and valve stroke tests.
- Perform cause-and-effect testing for Emergency Shutdown, Process Shutdown, and Fire and Gas Systems.
- Validate control narratives for Marine and Topside systems.
- Maintain redline markups for ICSS deliverables (I/O lists, narratives, and indexes).
- Ensure 100% communication testing between package control systems and ICSS.
- Support the team until FPSO handover to operations.

PHASE 2
Detail Engineering
Explore our detailed design, compliance,
and procurement services that ensure seamless alignment with project
requirements.
- Review project-specific scope, contract documents, design basis, and functional specifications; clarify requirements with the client.
- Adapt company/client corporate specifications and prepare project-specific addenda if not addressed during FEED.
- Develop an engineering deliverables list and resource plan.
- Prepare requisitions, perform technical bid evaluations, and draft purchase order specifications for Instrument, Electrical, and Telecom packages.
- Review Marine and Topside P&IDs, providing inputs for instruments, electrical systems, actuated valves, and control functions.
- Evaluate Marine and Topside Mechanical and outfitting packages, contributing to RFQs, technical bid evaluations, and purchase orders.
- Review supplier drawings and documents for Instrument, Marine, Topside Mechanical, and Electrical packages.
- Provide instrumentation inputs during 30%, 60%, and 90% model reviews.
- Ensure timely review and input on instrument deliverables prepared by subcontractors.
- Participate in HAZOP reviews and resolve associated actions.
- Review and address SIL resolution comments.

PHASE 3
Construction Support

- Address and resolve site queries for Instrument, Electrical, and Telecom drawings/documents.
- Coordinate with contractors for design changes based on site conditions.
- Facilitate supplier replacements for damaged Instrument, Electrical, and Telecom equipment.
- Maintain redline markups for all deliverables during construction.
- Verify mechanical completion of equipment installations, cable terminations, and cold loop checks.
